Rope Rescue Training
Members of the Los Fresnos Fire Department participate in out of town rope rescue training!

Our firefighters are always working to be as prepared as possible to serve our community. We're proud to share that several of our members recently completed a Technical Rope Rescue course!
This specialized training covered a range of critical skills, including:
• Building anchor systems
• Operating lowering and raising systems
• Patient packaging and litter tending
These new skills will allow us to safely and effectively perform rescues in complex environments, such as steep embankments or high-angle situations.
